Poulter’s Porter is a rich, dark and warming 4.8% porter with hints of coffee, chocolate and liquorice and complements big, hearty rich flavours. It will go perfectly with lamb shanks, roast venison, grouse and the aforementioned partridge. If you’re not a meat-eater it also pairs wonderfully well with mature cheddar and caramelised onions.
